Camping 2011
This is a video of our 7 day camping trip to the Caribou in BC. Most of these pictures were shot with my iPhone 4, as well as all of the video.
Gnarly 2011
This is a video i shot with my iPhone 4 on a gnarly trail near Buckley Bay, BC. We had ridden this trail a few years ago and I loved it! We have been meaning to ride it again and although it took longer than we had hoped, here is the footage.
Icelandic Vinarterta
Christmas is just around the corner so my daughters and I did the annual vinarterta baking. Vinarterta is an Icelanedic Christmas cake and I’ve been eating it my whole life. My favourite auntie Evie made it every year and then I took it over with my daughters. They got it streamlined last year with using the parchment paper, saving soooo much time. Each vinarterta has 6 layers of prunes and cakes, and we made 12 tertas. That’s 72 cakes folks! We started at 9:00 am and finished packaging them up around 6:00 pm. It is the absolute best with a cup of tea.

Trent river trail
>Here’s a little video of me riding my quad down the Trent river trail. This is absolutely the best time of the year to be out riding. Love it.
