This is the plan for our Cumberland Cutie. It will keep its Cumberland Cutie charm but will be updated inside and out. The house currently has no insulation in the exterior walls so that will be done. The existing house will be gutted so the insulation can be done, as well as all the re-wiring, plumbing etc. The addition will be done at the same time. The addition consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The existing portion will have the kitchen and living room. There is also a basement level which will have a second bathroom, third bedroom and a rec room.
